Title: LLM EU: European LLM catalogue and API Canonical: https://llmeu.com/en/ Markdown mirror: https://llmeu.com/en.md Machine-readable: https://llmeu.com/llms.txt (index) - https://llmeu.com/llms-full.txt (full catalogue) - https://llmeu.com/llms-catalogue.json # Your policy comes first. %E2%9C%B3 European AI for language models: a catalogue of EU-hosted models, a policy-aware router and an OpenAI-compatible API. One catalogue. One API. One jurisdiction. ## Nothing leaves the permitted set. - 01 **One request** An OpenAI-compatible interface - 02 **Your boundaries** Residency %C2%B7 budget %C2%B7 allowed models - 03 **An eligible endpoint** Only within the permitted set How it works %E2%80%94 not a live request. No eligible endpoint means a clear refusal. Hosting entries describe configured endpoints, not proof of live GPU capacity. Check the deployment status before use. [Status %E2%86%92](/en/status/) Beyond the catalogue: the[compute swarm](/en/compute/) is a blueprint, and the[engineering blog](/en/blog/) records what this project decided and measured. Europe does not need another chatbot. It needs the place its models live. European AI for language models: a catalogue of EU-hosted models, a policy-aware router and an OpenAI-compatible API. One catalogue. One API. One jurisdiction. Hosting entries describe configured endpoints, not proof of live GPU capacity. Check the deployment status before use. [Status %E2%86%92](/en/status/) ## The routing principle Nothing leaves the permitted set. ### Hub %E2%80%94 the catalogue Every model Europe runs, in one place: model cards, providers, hosting regions, licenses, benchmarks and the documents behind them. Cards we have not checked are marked unverified. ### Router %E2%80%94 one API One OpenAI-compatible endpoint chooses a model under your policy. Residency, budget and allow lists are decided before the request leaves, and the decision is written to the trace. ### Host %E2%80%94 EU infrastructure First-party inference on infrastructure LLM EU operates or tightly controls, in EU regions, under EU law. Open weights can be hosted on request. ## The European model catalogue ### [AionLabs: Aion 3.5 Mini](/en/models/aion-3.5-mini/) Served through OpenRouter as aion-labs/aion-3.5-mini. If your policy allows only the EU and no EU endpoint can serve the request, the request fails. It is not quietly sent somewhere else. ## Pick a task, not a model Describe what you need %E2%80%94 transcription, German legal text, code review, embeddings %E2%80%94 and the router maps the task to models that are documented for it in the regions you allow. ## Verified means documented A verified card shows where the claim comes from: provider documentation or a license text. Where we have no source, the card says so. Verified is a documentation status, not a legal certificate. [Data processing agreement](/en/legal/dpa/) %C2%B7[Privacy](/en/legal/privacy/) %C2%B7[Terms](/en/legal/terms/) %C2%B7[AI Act notice](/en/legal/ai-act-notice/) %C2%B7[Subprocessors](/en/legal/subprocessors/) %C2%B7 [Cookies](/en/legal/cookies/) ## Built with the people who run these models Providers correct their own cards. Researchers send evaluations we can cite. If a card is wrong, the correction is public and dated. #### Quickstart API %E2%80%94 OpenAI-compatible, one base URL. #### Compare Put two to four models side by side on the fields that decide a deployment: context, price, region, license, languages, hosting, and what is verified. #### Benchmarks A verified claim on LLM EU says where it comes from: a document you can open, or a value recorded on the endpoint row.
