LLM EU is a private company, not an EU institution and not a supervisory authority. Nothing on this site is a regulatory approval or evidence of one.

By default LLM EU is a platform and a helper for deployers, not a model provider. Depending on the feature, LLM EU may act as a downstream provider; where that is the case the product page and the AI Act notice say so. Customers stay responsible for their own use of a model and for their own obligations.

Which processing role applies in a given case is set by the DPA text, not by this page: [Accordo sul trattamento dei dati](/it/legal/dpa/). It is a template for review, not an executed agreement.
