LLMEU V2 is the model LLM EU intends to train and serve on European infrastructure, aimed at the gap the current generation leaves open: the EU's smaller official languages, where coverage is thin and quality drops fastest. Nothing about it is built yet. There are no weights, no parameter count, no context window and no benchmark result, and this card will stay empty of them until there is something real to publish. It is listed for one reason: a catalogue that cannot tell an announced model from an available one is not a catalogue, it is a brochure.
