Правните имена, местата на обработка, категориите данни и датата на преглед остават да бъдат потвърдени преди производствена обработка. Разработчикът на даден модел не е автоматично получател на данни: конфигурираната крайна точка за инференция определя къде се изпраща заявката.

Selecting a first-party hosted model does not imply sending prompts to the model developer. The actual configured processing path determines recipients. External endpoints need a separate recipient and contract review.
