A model's developer is not automatically a data recipient: the configured inference endpoint determines where a request is sent.

These are categories only, not confirmed contracted entities. Legal identities, locations, data categories and review date are pending. This is not a complete, current DPA annex.

Selecting a first-party hosted model does not imply sending prompts to the model developer. The actual configured processing path determines recipients. External endpoints need a separate recipient and contract review.
