Resumo

Phi-4 is Microsoft’s 14B text model, released under the MIT licence with a 16K-token context window and a declared English-only language list. The model card reports 84.8 on MMLU, 56.1 on GPQA and 82.6 on HumanEval with synthetic-data-heavy training. It remains a compact option for reasoning and maths at low hardware cost, but the context window is small by current standards.
