Kokkuvõte

EuroLLM-9B-Instruct (2512) is the long-context revision of the EuroLLM 9B instruct model, trained for the 24 official EU languages plus Catalan, Galician, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Hindi. It is published under Apache-2.0 with a 32k-token context window and a revised post-training recipe taken from the 22B release. It is designed for European language coverage, not for frontier reasoning.

Millal kasutada

Tugevused

  • explicit coverage of the 24 official EU languages
  • Apache-2.0 licence with no user threshold
  • runs on a single mid-range accelerator
  • long-context extension phase applied in training

Piirangud

  • 32k-token context window is small next to current long-context models
  • reasoning and coding quality below same-size commercial models
  • the project publishes no independent third-party evaluation
