Licencijos kataloge

Kiekviena modelio kortelė įrašo licencijos identifikatorių ir nuorodą į licencijos tekstą. Šis puslapis perskaito tuos įrašus, kad matytumėte, kurias licencijas turi katalogas ir kurie modeliai priskiriami kiekvienai iš jų.

Šis puslapis yra katalogo įrašas, o ne teisinė konsultacija. Joks licencijos tekstas čia neatgaminamas ir neperfrazuojamas: kiekvienos eilutės nuoroda veda į licenciją, kurią skelbia leidėjas, ir tas tekstas galioja. Kai licencija riboja komercinį naudojimą, šis puslapis nurodo tik tai, ką jau įrašo modelio kortelė, ir nukreipia į kortelę bei jos ribas; kai įrašas nenurodo, ką licencija leidžia, to nenurodo ir šis puslapis.

Ką užtikrina maršrutizatorius

Ar modelis gali būti teikiamas, čia nėra sprendžiama pagal jo licenciją, ir tai taip pat nėra pirmenybė. Kiekvienas katalogo modelis turi endpoint'o eilutę, o modelis, kurio platforma negali teikti, turi tokią, kurios tipas yra catalogue_only. Maršrutizavimo variklis atmeta tą tipą, kol dar nenagrinėjama jokia kita taisyklė (packages/router/src/engine.mjs:325), o modelių sąrašas jo taip pat nepriima dėl tos pačios priežasties (engine.mjs:465). Pasekmė yra struktūrinė: catalogue_only modelis niekada neįveikia kandidatų filtravimo, todėl jokia politika, jokia kaina ir joks rezidencijos pasirinkimas negali į jį nukreipti. Paprašius jo vardu, grąžinama 404 hosted_unavailable su nustatytu catalogue_only, o ne teikiamas modelis.

Licencijos, kurias įrašo katalogas

Apskaičiuojama iš modelio kortelių, o ne iš čia laikomo sąrašo. Kortelė su nauja licencija prideda eilutę kitą kartą atvaizdavus šį puslapį.

Šiose kortelėse įrašytas arba joks licencijos identifikatorius, arba uždari svoriai. Niekas čia nereiškia leidimo juos aptarnauti, ir jie išvardyti tam, kad nebuvimas būtų matomas, o ne įtrauktas į skaičių.

LLM EU nėra advokatų kontora, ir šis puslapis nepasako, ar naudojimas yra leidžiamas. Jis tik parodo identifikatorių, kurį įrašo kiekviena kortelė, ir pateikia nuorodą į tekstą, kurį skelbia leidėjas. Prieš pasikliaudami licencija, perskaitykite tą tekstą ir pačią modelio kortelę: kortelėje taip pat nurodyti apribojimai, kuriuos katalogas įrašė tam modeliui, ir būtent ten pirmiausia nurodomas komercinio aptarnavimo apribojimas.
