AI Act notice and DPA

The two documents, where they live, and the role LLM EU takes: a private company, not an EU body, and a platform rather than a model provider by default.

The documents

Document What it is
Data processing agreement A data processing agreement governs a deployment in which you are the controller and LLM EU processes personal data on your instructions. The template below is the agreement we offer; download it, complete the party details and the annexes that apply to your deployment, sign it and return it to mail@llmeu.com. The countersigned copy names the contracting entity and is the version that applies. What it covers. The subject matter and duration of the processing; the controller's and the processor's roles; the categories of data subjects and of personal data, which are the account data, request metadata and traces described in the Privacy notice; the instructions the processor may act on, and the fact that processing outside those instructions requires a documented instruction; confidentiality; the technical and organisational measures, which are the implemented controls listed on the Security page rather than a promise; the conditions for engaging subprocessors, with the current categories named on the Subprocessors page and a right to object to a change; assistance with data subject rights and with breach notification; deletion and return of data at the end of the agreement, which for this service means account and organisation data on deletion, with request metadata and traces removed as described in the Privacy notice; and the audit and information rights that let you verify all of the above. What it is not. It is not a conformity assessment, a certification or advice. It does not replace your own records of processing, your own assessment of the deployment, or legal review of the completed document.
dpa.txt
plain text for annotation
The same template as a text file, so it can be annotated and reviewed before anything is signed. Unreviewed and unsigned.
AI Act notice LLM EU is a platform and a helper for deployers, not a model provider by default. Depending on the feature, LLM EU may act as a downstream provider; where that is the case, this page and the product page say so. Customers stay responsible for their own use of a model and for their own obligations under the AI Act. A verified card is documentation and not a conformity assessment. LLM EU does not give legal advice.

The role LLM EU takes

LLM EU is a private company, not an EU institution and not a supervisory authority. Nothing on this site is a regulatory approval or evidence of one.

By default LLM EU is a platform and a helper for deployers, not a model provider. Depending on the feature, LLM EU may act as a downstream provider; where that is the case the product page and the AI Act notice say so. Customers stay responsible for their own use of a model and for their own obligations.

Which processing role applies in a given case is set by the DPA text, not by this page: Data processing agreement. It is a template for review, not an executed agreement.

LLM EU Verified means documented, not legally certified. It is not an AI Act conformity assessment and LLM EU is not an EU body. Verified · What a verified card means
